Санкции против КНДР могут существенно ухудшить ситуацию в регионе

Политическая напряженность между КНДР и США продолжает нарастать в результате введения новых экономических санкций против Северной Кореи со стороны Вашингтона. Самый строгий перечень санкционных мер в отношении КНДР был введен ООН после очередных испытаний корейских межконтинентальных баллистических ракет в июле. 

Новые санкции могут существенно ухудшить экономическую ситуацию в регионе, поскольку приведут к потере почти 1 миллиарда долларов в результате сокращения доходов от экспорта. Странам, входящим в ООН запрещено импортировать из Северной Кореи уголь, железо и железную руду, свинец и морепродукты. Более того, запрет распространяется на создание совместных с Пхеньяном предприятий и инвестирование уже существующих СП, а также увеличение числа северокорейских работников на территориях стран ООН. Впервые санкции против Северной Кореи были введены в 2006 году. 

Эскалацию конфликта между двумя государствами пытается предотвратить Китай, активно участвуя в возобновлении мирных переговоров между КНДР и США.
