Министерство юстиции Украины намерено отменить все законопроекты и нормативные акты, принятые во времена существования Украинской Советской Социалистической Республики (УССР). Решение уже принято и будет представлено на рассмотрение украинского парламента осенью текущего года. 

Глава украинского ведомства Павел Петренко надеется на единогласное голосование за законопроект, отменяющий действие всех без исключения актов, принятых руководством УССР до приобретения Украиной статуса независимого государства. 

Однако ряд экспертов полагают, что отказ от всех нормативных актов советского периода подразумевает под собой и отказ от всех поправок в Конституцию УССР. В том числе поправок, внесенных в Конституцию после передачи Крымской области из состава РСФСР в состав УССР.
