ФАС нашла способ сделать лекарства менее дорогими

Федеральная антимонопольная служба РФ видит необходимость в изменении системы расчета процентных надбавок при осуществлении торговли лекарствами, необходимыми для лечения серьезных заболеваний. ФАС предлагает теперь производить расчет надбавки не в процентах, а в рублях. По мнению ведомства, эта мера поможет вернуть в продажу аптечных сетей недорогие лекарственные средства. 
 
Сегодня цены на лекарства регулируются следующим образом: отпускная цена продукта складывается из реальной стоимости и региональной надбавки. При этом реальная стоимость медикамента проходит регистрацию в Минздраве по согласованию с ФАС, в то время как региональная надбавка варьируется для трех ценовых групп: меньше 50 рублей, 50-500 рублей и выше 500 рублей и устанавливается в процентах. Многие аптечные сети отказываются от торговли дешевыми лекарствами именно из-за большой процентной надбавки. 

В настоящее время Министерство экономического развития подтвердило факт проработки вопроса изменения системы расчета надбавки.
