В конце недели фунт стерлингов подешевел после того, как Испании и Великобритании не удалось достичь договоренности по Гибралтару в рамках соглашения по Brexit.


По состоянию на 18:00 мск валютная пара GBP/USD снизилась на 0,33%, до 1,2834, тогда как вчерашние торги закрылись на отметке 1.2877.

Власти Испании угрожают наложить вето на соглашение по Brexit, голосование по которому назначено на воскресенье, если страны не договорятся относительно будущего данной территории Великобритании.


Гибралтар по-прежнему остается проблемной точкой в процессе выхода Великобритании из состава ЕС. Испания требует от Великобритании решить проблему тысяч испанских рабочих, которые ежедневно пересекают границу Гибралтара.
