Tesla избрала нового председателя, акции компании дорожают

Новым председателем совета директоров производителя электрокаров Tesla была назначена Робин Денхолм, ранее руководившая финансами Telstra Corp. Ltd, крупнейшего телекоммуникационного оператора Австралии.

Основатель и генеральный директор Tesla Илон Маск оставил свой пост в рамках соглашения с Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC) США.

Шесть месяцев продлится переходный период, в ходе которого И. Маск будет помогать новому руководителю принять управление Tesla, поскольку Р. Денхолм должна отработать свой контракт в Telstra.

На сегодняшних торгах, по состоянию на 18:44 мск, стоимость акций Tesla выросла на 1,55%, достигнув $353,54, ценового максимума с середины августа текущего года.
