США замораживают активы китайских компаний из-за торговли с КНДР

WSJ: Генпрокуратура США подготовила меры против китайских компаний из-за торговли с КНДР.

Власти США обвиняют 5 китайских компаний в организации схемы покупки северокорейского угля за доллары США. Предположительно китайская металлургическая компания Dandong Zhicheng использовала 4 подставные фирмы для проведения закупок. Представители Dandong Zhicheng отказываются давать комментарии.

Ранее в мае этого года суд наложил временный арест на активы компаний в США. Восемь банков, которые участвовали в обработке сделок с КНДР, предоставили Генеральной прокуратуре все отчеты о проведенных транзакциях.

Теперь федеральные власти США могут заморозить активы компаний на постоянной основе, чтобы оказать дополнительное давление на Китай.
