Банк России усилит контроль ипотечных кредитов

Центробанк России планирует усилить процессы контролирования выдачи банками ипотечных кредитов. Эта мера касается конкретно ипотек без первоначального взноса. Регулятор отмечает, что рост предложения подобных кредитов является негативной тенденцией и несет в себе определенные риски. В целях предотвращения чрезмерного роста ипотек без первого взноса Банк России использует повышенные коэффициенты риска.

С улучшением экономической ситуации в стране, снижением ставок и ростом спроса на жилищные кредиты растет и риск возникновения ипотечных «пузырей». Жилищные кредиты без первоначального взноса могут стать источником риска как для физических лиц, так и для всей банковской системы. Однако повышать коэффициенты риска регулятор пока не планирует, а лишь усилит мониторинг.
