В Соединенных Штатах Федеральная резервная система обеспечила высокую ликвидность для доллара, что позволило валюте расслабиться и упасть в цене.
 
Кроме того, благодаря действиям, предпринятым центральными банками фондовые индексы демонстрируют умеренное восстановление в диапазоне от 3% до 5%.
 
Произошло также развитие ситуации на нефтяном рынке: Соединенные Штаты впервые за последние десятилетия приняли решение ввести лимит добычи для своих собственных компаний. Поскольку ОПЕК и Россия не смогли сохранить добычу нефти на низком уровне, США делают шаг вперед, чтобы стабилизировать рынок.
