Настроение на мировых фондовых рынках быстро улучшается. Основные фондовые индексы вернулись к росту после значительного спада из-за эпидемии коронавируса в Китае.

По состоянию на 17:00 мск европейский индекс Stoxx 600 вырос на 1,30%, индекс крупнейших компаний США S&P 500 – на 1,52%, при этом индекс высокотехнологичных компаний Nasdaq подорожал на 2,3%, тогда как промышленный Dow Jones – на 1,44%.

Оптимизм вернулся на рынки на фоне сообщений о новых вариантах лечения коронавируса. Университет в Китае заявил, что располагает лекарствами, которые можно использовать для лечения более 20 тыс. больных.

Кроме того, Китай обратился на международной помощью, призвав врачей и исследователей из-за рубежа помочь как можно скорее положить конец эпидемии. Команда британских ученых утверждает, что они нашли вакцину от коронавируса. Хотя это лекарство не приводит к полному выздоровлению, но может сократить период, в течение которого больные могут заражать вирусом других людей.
