Китай создал инвестиционный фонд стартапов в сфере блокчейн-технологий Xiong'An Global Blockchain Innovation Fund объемом 10 млрд юаней ($1,6 млрд).

Финансирование фонда будет осуществляться за счет регионального правительства города Ханчжоу, столицы провинции Чжэцзян, и компании Hangzhou Haoyu Investment Management Co., которая возьмет на себя обязанности управления фондом.

Кроме того, в Ханчжоу был основан Научно-исследовательский институт стратегического развития блокчейна и государственный блокчейн-парк. Таким образом, государство обеспечило финансовую, техническую и экономическую поддержку развития блокчейн-технологии в регионе.
