US President Donald Trump has imposed a new package of duties on imports of goods from dozens of countries around the world. These tariffs, which exceed the base rate of 10%, now range from 11% to 84% and cover exports from 86 countries. China suffered the most, where the cumulative tariff on exports to the United States reached 104%. Beijing criticized Washington's actions, calling them erroneous, and said it would increase duties from 34% to 84% for goods from the United States from April 10. US stock indexes have been falling for the fourth day in a row since the announcement of new duties on April 2. The Indian Central Bank, reacting to the situation, lowered the key rate by 0.25%, bringing it to 6%. This happened against the background of an increase in duties on India's exports to 26%.
