Украина потеряла 1,5% ВВП вследствие блокады Донбасса

Заместитель министра по делам неподконтрольных территорий Украины Юрий Грымчак в своем интервью заявил о потере 1,5% ВВП в результате блокады Донбасса. В 2015-2016 годах в Донбасс были приостановлены поставки газа, а в 2016-2017 годах националисты заблокировали поставки донбасского угля, используемого для работы украинских ТЭС. Вследствие этого украинское правительство было вынуждено ввести чрезвычайное положение и сократить потребление энергии. Итогом этой блокады стала потеря экономикой Украины 1% роста. 

После этого Киев прекратил все финансовые и торговые отношения с оккупированными территориями. Это еще больше ухудшило состояние украинской экономики. Донбасс был вынужден платить налоги не в украинский бюджет, а в Россию, обеспечивающую регион газом. 

За первый квартал 2017 года рост ВВП Украины составил примерно 2,3%, что меньше прогнозируемого значения на 1,5%. Предполагаемый расчет роста – примерно до 4%. В соответствии с данными госстатистики за 2016 год, ВВП Украины оценивался в $339,5 млрд.
