США резко увеличили экспорт угля

В результате растущего спроса на уголь со стороны Европы и Азии, экспорт полезного ископаемого из США подскочил более чем на 60%. Это позволяет администрации Белого дома утверждать об эффективности мер по возрождению угольной отрасли в стране. 
 
Поставки угля значительно возросли, в то время как многие представители власти стран Евросоюза подвергли жесткой критике решение Дональда Трампа выйти из климатического соглашения, определяющего для стран рамки по использованию чистой энергии и постепенному отказу от ископаемого топлива. 

Официальные данные от Управления энергетической информации (EIA) отразили резкий рост поставок в некоторые европейские страны. В частности, значительно увеличился объем экспорта в Великобританию (на 175%) и Францию (вырос вдвое). Общий объем экспорта за первое полугодие текущего года вырос на 5,5 млн тонн по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года, составив 16 млн тонн угля.
