Госдума приняла закон о введении курортных сборов

Госдума РФ приняла закон «О проведении эксперимента по развитию курортной инфраструктуры в Республике Крым, Алтайском крае, Краснодарском крае и Ставропольском крае». Согласно новому закону, перечисленные регионы обязаны до 1 декабря 2017 года ввести сбор за пользование отдыхающими инфраструктуры городов-курортов. Взимание сбора начнет осуществляться с 1 мая 2018 года по 31 декабря 2022 года.

Сбор будет распространяться на всех совершеннолетних граждан, отдыхающих в курортном регионе более чем сутки. Осуществление курортного сбора возлагается на юридические лица и индивидуальных предпринимателей, предоставляющих услуги по размещению гостей. Полученные средства будут направлены на совершенствование и благоустройство курортной инфраструктуры городов, а именно – объектов лечебно-оздоровительного, социально-культурного, спортивного и рекреационного назначения. 

Размер сбора, порядок и сроки его уплаты будут установлены властями каждого отдельного региона. Однако максимальная сумма сбора в 2018 году не должна превышать 50 рублей с человека за сутки пребывания в гостинице или арендуемых апартаментах. В последующие годы размер сбора увеличивается вдвое и будет составлять 100 рублей в сутки.
