EasyJet завершил сделку по покупке активов Air Berlin

Британская лоу-кост-авиакомпания EasyJet Airline Company Limited завершила сделку по покупке активов обанкротившегося авиаперевозчика Air Berlin за €40 млн.

Согласно условиям соглашения, в штат EasyJet войдут 25 самолетов из берлинского аэропорта «Тегель». В компанию переходит часть летного экипажа Air Berlin, а также – на правах аренды – некоторая часть самолетов, принадлежавших ранее Air Berlin.  Компания приобретает и слоты в аэропорту. 

Йохан Лундгрен, генеральный директор EasyJet, заявил, что сделка полностью соответствует стратегии усиления позиций компании в ведущих аэропортах Европы.

Ранее, на прошлой неделе, Еврокомиссия одобрила сделку EasyJet объемом €40 млн.
