Промышленный сектор экономики США остается очень слабым

Одним из предвыборных обещаний Дональда Трампа являлось восстановление сектора американской промышленности путем проведения соответствующих реформ и мероприятий. Добиться осуществления экономических метаморфоз президенту США так и не удалось, поэтому промышленность в стране на данный момент демонстрирует очень слабый уровень развития.  

Вышедшая накануне макроэкономическая статистика подтверждает регресс отрасли снижением показателей. Деловая активность в промышленном секторе упала до годового минимума. Почти все составляющие компоненты индекса PMI продемонстрировали слабые показатели. Самые худшие результаты показал индекс по объему производства – показатель рос самыми медленными темпами за последние 14 месяцев. 

При этом сфера услуг, наоборот, находится в состоянии процветания. Индекс деловой активности вырос до максимума последних 25 месяцев.
