На фоне слабости японской валюты, а также из-за устойчивого спроса на полупроводники и сопутствующее оборудование, экспорт Японии в годовом выражении по итогам июня вырос на 9,7%, при ожидании роста на 9,5%.

На фоне сильного роста экспорта выросла и экономика страны в целом. Так, в январе-марте экономика Страны Восходящего Солнца выросла на 1% в годовом выражении и это самый внушительный рост за последние 11 лет. Данные о росте ВВП за второй квартала текущего года Япония планирует опубликовать 14 августа.
