Дональд Трамп сообщил, что не намерен пока обвинять Китай в предполагаемой манипуляции курсом юаня из-за совместной работы над ядерной проблемой Северной Кореи.

Министерство финансов США не присвоило в пятницу КНР статус валютного манипулятора. В ходе избирательной кампании Трамп неоднократно заявлял, что Китай занижает реальный курс национальной валюты, чтобы иметь дополнительные преимущества во внешней торговле, и обещал присвоить КНР статус валютного манипулятора в первый же день вступления в должность.

Сейчас президент Соединенных Штатов отказался от претензий к Китаю, однако Минфин США включило Китай, Тайвань, Японию, Южную Корею, а также Германию и Швейцарию в список стран, за которыми будет осуществляться наблюдение на предмет манипуляций с курсом национальной валюты.
