Британские депутаты обсуждают варианты смещения Терезы Мэй

Члены Европейской исследовательской группы (ERG), объединяющей в себе представителей Консервативной партии премьер-министра Великобритании Терезы Мэй, провели встречу, на которой обсуждали ее отставку. Более 50 политиков выступают против риторики Мэй в вопросе выхода Великобритании из состава Евросоюза. 

Некоторые участники встречи, имеющие антиевропейские взгляды, уже направили премьер-министру письма с выражением недоверия. По правилам Консервативной партии, голосование по отставке может быть инициировано, если 15% парламентариев-консерваторов потребуют вынести Терезе Мэй вотум недоверия. 

Как известно, ERG выступает против плана Мэй сохранить Великобританию в зоне свободной торговли с Евросоюзом после выхода страны из блока.
