OpenAI, the company that developed the popular chatbot ChatGPT, has started negotiations with investors on the sale of its shares. The company's valuation during this transaction is $86 billion. OpenAI is discussing the possibility of providing employees with a tender offer for the sale of shares worth $ 1 billion. However, the actual amount will probably be less due to the desire of employees to keep their shares. It is unclear whether the shares will be offered to new investors.
