Госдума ужесточила порядок продажи сим-карт

Госдума, в целях борьбы с нелегальным распространением мобильных сим-карт, приняла законопроект, изменяющий порядок выдачи и использования идентификационных модулей (сим-карт).

Согласно закону, физлица не будут иметь возможности пополнять баланс своего мобильного счета, зарегистрированного ранее на юридическое лицо, без предоставления своих личных паспортных данных. Ранее, многие фирмы-однодневки имели возможность закупать огромное количество сим-карт с последующей перепродажей их частным лицам.

Новый закон подразумевает использование сим-карты только юридическими лицами. Исключением будут являться только случаи, когда юрлицо может предоставить персональные данные физического лица, пользующегося симкой. Закон вступает в силу с 1 июня 2018 года.
