Сенат США снизил пошлины на товары из КНР

В четверг, 26 июля, сенат США единогласно одобрил законопроект о снижении или полной отмене пошлин на импорт 1.660 видов товаров, производимых за пределами страны, несмотря на усиление напряженности в торговых отношениях Вашингтона и Пекина. Около половины этих товаров производится в Китае.

Ранее президент США Дональд Трамп объявил о введении дополнительных пошлин на импорт товаров из КНР, чтобы попытаться ограничить рост высокотехнологичных отраслей китайской промышленности. Пекин ответил аналогичными мерами в отношении американских товаров.

Белый дом ещё не обозначил свою позицию в отношении принятого законопроекта. В ближайшее время документ должен быть направлен на подпись президенту США.

Аналитики отмечают, что новый законопроект в первую очередь выгоден американским компаниям, которые перенесли производство за пределы страны.
