China’s registered unemployment rate for the urban category dropped to 3.83 percent at the latter date of June, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Monday.
The figure reached a multi-year low, based on the official record of the press briefing by the ministry published online. By the end of June, the figure was 3.95 percent compared to the 3.89 percent in late March.
Last year, the urban registered jobless rate was 3.9 percent, which was the lowest over 15 years.
